We are a British family who love Spain’s incredible weather, cuisine, culture, and natural beauty. Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for most of the year and 7 nights during the peak season.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00
• Check-out: By 10:00
• Late check-out must be agreed upon in advance with the host. Unapproved late check-outs will incur an additional charge for each half-hour delay, as outlined in the rental agreement.

As a self-catering villa, the rental includes

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small starter kit. Guests are kindly expected to arrange their own toiletries and personal hygiene items.

Cleaning

A cleaning fee of €250 applies to each booking up to 7 nights.

For longer stays of two weeks or more, guests are welcome to enquire. Please note that for extended stays, the cleaning fee will be charged weekly to ensure the villa remains fresh and well-maintained throughout your visit.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be charged before arrival, as per the payment terms outlined. The full amount will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, claims, or excessive energy consumption. (*Pre-auth method only available when booking directly)

House Rules

A little courtesy and common sense goes a long way— please be mindful of energy use, keep things tidy and consider our neighbours. 

🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

❌ No Parties or Youth Groups
Parties, events, and youth group bookings are not permitted.

❌ No Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum outdoors after 23:00 to respect our neighbours.

✨ Respect the Home
Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and maintain cleanliness throughout their stay.

🚿 Pool Etiquette
Kindly use the outdoor shower before entering the pool.

Guest Safety

As the villa is on a hillside, take extra care around stairs, terraces, and the non-gated pool, especially with children.
